My name is Melanie Seed. I am an international, Therapeutic Holistic Coach, Counsellor, Reiki Master Teacher and Akashic Records Healer.
It is my honour to create the space you need to heal, explore, become self-aware, grow and feel empowered, calm and confident. You may come as you are, knowing you will be held and supported throughout your individual healing journey and the rediscovering of who you are.
Live Your Soul-led Life is a 12-session Experiential Coaching Program through which I will support you to examine your triggers and heal your Inner Child, explore and release old, outdated patterns, and grow, as you reconnect with yourself at a deep level. It is about empowering you to live your life, developing new ways of thinking and doing, thus re-defining the relationship you have with yourself, which defines all other relationships you have.
Akashic Records
These are the energetic library of your soul’s journey through the past, present and future potential. They hold your soul-level truth and can facilitate healing, deeper self-awareness and growth. Any concerns or curiosities may be explored through the records, such as your soul purpose, origins of current issues and challenges or past-life influences on your life now. I also offer a Soul Awakening course so you can learn how to read the records for yourself and others.
Energy Healing ~ Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T.)
These healing modalities work on the emotional, physical and spiritual body. They help your life-force energy to flow freely again. They relieve stress and anxiety, induce deep relaxation, help you come back to yourself and be grounded in the present moment, heal pain and promote balance & harmony. Sessions can also be conducted remotely as energy will follow the intention and go where it is asked to. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and offer Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master courses.
